Vibes …vibes are the first  thing which you try to feel when you meet any one for the first time and if it is not positive i.e you don’t feel good while  you meet then you cannot be yourself while staying with that person . So what to do ? First thing you need to keep your positive vibes alive. You should try to find good things about that person keeping the positive attitude. Try to appreciate that person and if you do so then that person will try to turn themselves in the way you want. They will try to be like you. They will try to keep positive attitude and that will make their life more beautiful.

Relation of positive mind and health!

If you are positive about yourself, you carry a good self confidence then what will you try to do ? You will try to look good and stay fit so that you can maintain that self confidence. For eg . You are a good positive and talented person and if someone comments on your physique that you are fat or you are so thin then will it not create a negative impact?  It will not ruin your self confidence?  Of-course, it will ruin it but if you will be positive person then taking this thing in a positive manner you will take care of yourself more. You will try to manage your health and physique. And you will start focusing on yourself more by making yourself better and better day by day and this should be your goal. Pass positive energy to others.

How to overcome Negative thoughts?

  • Give time to yourself, Take out a special time for yourself and talk to yourself.
  • Learn to “Love yourself”, If you do this, you are going to be your best version and it’s my Confirm promise.
  • If you take care of yourself, you can take care for your loved ones.
  • Instead of finding out one black point, Focus on other Whites around.
  • Practice breathing. Follow the Breathing practice like 5-5-7. Take a breath in 5s, Hold Breath for 5s and release out in 7s.
  • Start bathing for 2 times.
  • Stop junk food. If you eat outside food regularly your mind will not at happy pace.
  • Do not criticize yourself and others.
  • Relax and stop blaming yourself. Trust yourself, that whatever you are doing , you are doing best.
  • Be Modest and Practice gratitude.

Relation of Fast Food with your Brain:

Seriously, are you joking? How Fast food can have any relation with brain? You might be getting these questions but my dear friend it’s a fact that Fast Food have negative relation with brain.

Let’s see what impact Fast food have on Brain:

  • You will become impatient.
  • You start spending more instead of savings.
  • You will become more prone to Depression.
  • You start eating too much and too fast.
  • Your brain starts craving more sugar.
  • You will become more anxious.
  • You will get negative thoughts and you will become the person with irritated mood.
  • You can become hyperactive.
